Biology Challenge


Congratulations to the 3rd and 4th Form pupils who took part in the recent Biology Challenge competition. The Biology Challenge is a national biology competition that is organised and run by the Society of Biology. Every year approximately 25,000 pupils from across the UK take part.

 This year College gained 60 certificates – 15 gold, 21 silver and 24 bronze. 

The gold certificates were awarded to: Harry Bryne (4th, Xt), Ollie Cook (4th, S), Edward Courtman (4th, NH), Will Cresswell (4th, BH), Aiko Fukuda (4th, Ch), Alena Gorb (4th, A), Charlie Holloway (4th, L), Andrew Luk (4th, Xt), Tom Maclaren (4th, S), Georgina Oates (3rd, W), Jordan Pemberton (3rd, H), Georgina Rigg (4th, Q), Hugh Roper (4th, H), Benedict Schallamach (3rd, BH) and Alexander Thorpe (4th, BH).  The 15 Gold Certificates put these pupils in the top 5% in the country.
