Some 300 pupils and staff took part in a charity aquathlon to raise money for the school's charity of the year, Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court.
The event, held at Cheltenham College's Sports Centre on Thirlestaine Road, featured groups of 8-12 athletes setting off in around 30 races staggered throughout the afternoon. Pupils in Lower School undertook a four length swim, followed immediately by a run of 800m, whilst older pupils in Middle and Upper School completed a six length swim, followed by a 1km run. However, all will be competing against each other for the fastest overall time, with points allocated to pupils' Houses.
The participating pupils have all been raising funds for the local Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, and look forward to adding their contributions to the pot of funds which has been growing throughout the year.
