Former Head of House, Robert Sancroft-Baker returned to Newick House to give an inspirational careers talk to the 5th and 6th formers of the House.

Mr Sancroft-Baker left Newick House in 2004, and since then has worked for UBS in New York before returning to London, where he is now at a city Law firm. He spoke candidly to the boys about how to make the most of their time not only here at College, but also on their GAP years and at university. He stressed the importance of developing essential skills and habits, as well as making the most of the opportunities offered here at College, and obtaining as much relevant work experience as possible. He spoke with great passion, enthusiasm and humour, and was well received by the boys in the House.
