Charity Ball, Curry and Cinema

The first weekend back in the Spring Term was typically busy for Newick boys. After a stressful week doing their mock GCSEs, the 5th form donned their dinner jackets, and enjoyed a great evening at the 5th Form Charity Ball, no doubt entertaining their peers with their witty chat and cutting-edge dance moves.

Whilst they enjoyed a more formal evening, the 3rd and 4th form had a much more casual time back in the House, feasting at Curry Night. A range of curries and tandooris were on offer, and a few brave boys "manned up" to take on the madras and vindaloos.

Having enjoyed a good lie-in the following morning, the boys then enjoyed "Warhorse" at a private screening room at Cineworld in Cheltenham. In a joint trip with Ashmead, the boys watched the movie in real luxury, enjoying the waiter service and deluxe seats - the perfect way to relax after a hard first week!
