Budding College Chemists have excelled in the regional heats of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s 'Top of the Bench' Competition, with one team coming first overall and one team coming third! 

Congratulations to James Vanner, Ben Ringrose, Maisy King & Amy Foulkes who were in the winning team and to Mitch McCartney, Kanyalaat Yu, Jacques Sharam & Nicole Vanner who were in the 3rd placed team.

Over 14 schools from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Somerset competed in the heats which took place at Bristol University on Thursday 28th January.    

Our winning team will now go on to represent the South West at the National Finals in March/April of this year. We wish all pupils the very best of luck – watch this space!
