Below are the first essay attempts from a group of Year 7 pupils. Having studied the topic of Mary I they were asked to write an essay to answer the following question : Does Mary Tudor deserve the title "Bloody Mary? For a first attempt at an extended discursive History essay, I was rather impressed with their efforts.
