Girls at Cambridge

On Saturday 24th April, a group of College girls visited Cambridge to get a feel for the different Colleges on offer. Four headed to Newnham College which was hosting a special girls-only Open Day, with talks about university entrance, the Oxbridge College system and two excellent mini-lectures. The girls did College proud, even winning the end-of-day quiz!

The other group of girls visited several Colleges, including Magdalene where they were given an extensive tour by ex College pupil Henry Chan, and Corpus Christi College where ex College pupil Angus Whiston provided his services as guide.

The day was finally rounded off with an attempt at the most infamous Oxbridge student activity: punting...!

The girls headed home inspired by the glorious spires.
