Muglistonite of the Week

A Muglistonite is the name given to a boy from Newick House. The name was coined after the third Housemaster of the House, Rev Mugliston, who was in charge of Newick House from 1870-1898.

Muglistonite of the Week is a weekly award made to any boy in the House who has done something in any field, worthy of recognition.


Muglistonite of the Week 4: Alessandro Tiraboschi (4) for being selected for Gloucester Academy Rugby Under 15 Squad

Muglistonite of the Week 3: Campbell Gaston-Penny (3) for winning the most Commendations (5) in the first fortnight of term

Muglistonite of the Week 2: Jolyon Dunn (L6) for gaining a Distinction in his Grade 8 Guitar

Muglistonite of the Week 1: James Baker (U6) for gaining a place at Oxford to read Medicine.
