Dining Hall and College food

At College we take our job of providing food very seriously. We cook about 1750 meals a day and our dedicated chefs work hard to provide nutritionally sound and varied menus.

Every effort is made to provide enough variety for every individual pupils needs whether it is personal taste or a diet dictated by religious or health restrictions. We work closely with individual pupils to ensure that they are catered for. Pupils are given the option to choose from the main servery, the extensive salad bar, the theme bar or if they are really hungry a mixture of all three. At break times the pupils also have the option of buying fresh hot sausage or bacon baps from the Tuck shop or Social Bar.

A catering questionnaire is issued three times a year to gain feedback from pupils so that we can constantly assess our performance and develop our service to meet with the ever-changing wants and needs of the pupils.

If you would like to come and see our facilities and the food we have offer, we would be delighted to welcome you at any time. Please arrange this through Andrew Hailes, Director of Catering on 01242 265600.
