Syllabus and exams
IGCSE
Most pupils study the Edexcel IGCSE Double Award course. From September 2011, one set will study for the Triple Award exam, and another will study the AQA Science B GCSE (Science in context). The Physics content of all these specifications is taught by five subject specialists. Our aim is to prepare pupils so that they can achieve their very best in the exam but to do so in a way that fosters an interest in and an enthusiasm for the subject - we hope that this will develop into a real passion in some pupils and that they will choose to study it at A level and beyond.
