Well done to Max Till, Hazelwell and Conrad Beynon, Newick House, who after finishing their GCSE exams have cycled from Land's End to John O' Groats. The friends, both aged 16, pedaled the 1,020 miles in two weeks, along with Conrad's dad Paul Beynon and two other adults.

Max commented: "We have been training for about a year, but it has been difficult fitting it around GCSEs. It certainly has been something to look forward to!"

They have raised so far £3,280.36 for the charity 'Help for Heroes'.
