Arrangements for pupils who cannot return to the College

All pupils

There is information on all the departmental pages about work that needs to be done: to access this go to the Academic section of the website, click on Subjects, then choose an individual subject. The information is on that subject’s home page below the introductory words of the Head of Department. Please keep checking if the information is not yet published as this is an ongoing process.

Upper 6th pupils doing mock exams

The exams appear on the College website via this link: www.cheltenhamcollege.org/mock-exam-papers-2010. The exams will be available each day from 15.30 hours British Summer Time. An email will be sent to all pupils each day via
their College email account reminding them of which exams are being sat that day. Pupils should do their exams on computer, or, when this is not possible, scan them and email them to the contact email address given below. Please in the subject box put the name of the subject followed by ‘exam’.

All pupils due to sit public exams or assessments in the near future

• Modern Languages oral exams: these are being rearranged to a later date.
• The A2 Art practical exam: this is being moved back so that it coincides with the AS exam.
• PE & Drama moderations: all pupils to be moderated are already in College: others will need to do work on their return.
• Chemistry practical assessments: these can be completed when pupils return to College
• Chinese AS: this is on May 4th: we will try to negotiate a rescheduling of this with the exam board, but the decision is ultimately theirs.
