Accounts Administrator
For a January 2025 start, Cheltenham College seeks to appoint an Accounts Administrator. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor and working closely with the wider College Finance Team, this role plays a crucial part in the timely processing of internal financial processes.
Due to the amount of data that requires processing, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Applicants should be confident in their communications at all levels, including colleagues, parents, pupils and our external suppliers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, able to work unsupervised in a busy environment, and have a good level of relevant experience. An accounts/bookkeeping qualification such as AAT Level 2 would be desirable, but not essential.

This is a full-time, full-year position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is a degree of flexibility with the exact working pattern so long as the hours fall between College’s core operating hours of 08.00-18.00. The working pattern can be agreed on appointment.
Salary: (Grade C) The starting salary for this position is £25,662 per annum.
