From September 2024, a well-qualified graduate is required to teach Business Studies A-Level and OCR Cambridge Technical Level 3 in Business in this expanding, innovative and successful department. If candidates also wished to teach Economics alongside Business Studies, this could be considered.

The post will appeal equally to an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge or to a new recruit to the profession, including an ECT. A recent graduate in a suitable discipline without teaching experience may also be considered.

Students study the AQA A Level in Business and the OCR CTech in Business. The subject is one of the most popular choices for university applications amongst College leavers, a large number going on to study at leading universities in both the UK and abroad.

Applicants must be willing to contribute to the co-curricular life of the College. The College has its own salary scale.
