For a November start date, (or a little later depending on notice period), an exciting opportunity has arisen at Cheltenham College for a full-time Gardener. Reporting to the Head Gardener, you will work as part of a small, close-knit team delivering a high standard of garden maintenance and hard and soft landscaping within the Cheltenham College campus.

We seek a reliable individual, with good initiative and the ability to work unsupervised. A good knowledge of horticulture and a qualification in horticulture, or a similar discipline, would be preferable but not essential. Candidates must be able to maintain a positive attitude in all winds and weathers.

As well as the requirements listed above, this role would require a full, clean driving licence and preferably experience of driving a trailer. PA1 and PA6, brush-cutter and chainsaw certification is desirable but not essential; on-the-job training can be arranged.
