For September 2023, College is seeking to recruit a teacher and excellent mathematician with the ability to engender subject passion whilst teaching Mathematics across the full attainment and age ranges in a highly successful and popular department. At College, A Level Mathematics is a popular option and the department’s results are consistently amongst the strongest.

This post would suit equally an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge in a vibrant department, or a teacher beginning his or her career. The department has considerable expertise in helping inexperienced teachers develop the range of skills required to be outstanding classroom practitioners and College has an established induction and mentoring scheme for those new to teaching.

As well as offering opportunities for pupils to develop, the successful candidate will show an enthusiasm for their own professional development and will wish to contribute to College’s rich co-curricular programme.

Salary: College has its own salary scale above the national average.
