FULL or PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR – CLUBS, ACTIVITIES & SIGN-OUT CO-ORDINATOR

Term Time + 4 weeks (37 weeks per annum)

Hours of work:

Full time: 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00 to Monday-Friday

Part time: 20 hours per week from 14:30 to 18:30 Monday-Friday

 

To join our busy, but friendly front office team, Cheltenham Prep School seeks to appoint a part-time administrator with strong office experience and a keen eye for detail. Whilst experience of working in a school is not essential, it would be highly desirable, though candidates with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly would also be very suitable.

The postholder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of The Prep by providing a variety of tasks, including acting as “Sign-Out Co-ordinator” ensuring all children are accounted for a the end of each day.

The postholder will also be responsible for the administration of the clubs and activities programme and will work report to the Assistant Head (Operations, Co-Curricular & Compliance) as well as working closely with other senior and administrative staff
