Key Worker – Permanent, Full Time – January 2023
Cheltenham College Prep School is looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic Key Worker to join our newly opened Nursery School.
The Key Worker will be responsible to the Head of Pre-Prep for the provision of a variety of activities for a group of children in the Nursery School whilst maintaining the care and safety of our youngest learners.
Pre-Prep provides a vibrant and inspirational start to life at Cheltenham Prep. Occupying self-contained buildings at the heart of the school campus and staffed by specialist Early Years and Key Stage 1 teachers, our aim is to provide a joyful environment in which children can thrive to reach their potential.
Candidates must have a breadth of experience working in EYFS Nursery and/or School settings and should be qualified at Level 3 NVQ or higher.
The successful candidate will be a superb communicator and team player. They will be good organisers with the ability to prioritise workloads. They will bring joy and laughter into the Nursery School and happily work together as part of our brilliant team.
Salary on College Scale depending on experience. Hours are currently full time for 38 weeks per year.
