School Office Administrator (Term Time + 4 weeks)

(Full Time hours – term time + 4 weeks contract:  37 weeks per annum)

We seek to appoint a strong Administrator who will report to the College Office Team Leader and be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration tasks of a busy school office. The postholder will also provide administrative support for College’s Pastoral Team as well as undertaking some specific focus-based tasks including: producing the daily Staff Bulletin and administration of pupil information on the school-specific databases

In order to thrive in this role, applicants should: work well with deadlines and time pressures, be able to comfortably juggle multiple tasks and prioritise own workload during busier periods, have strong organisational and customers service skills.

The salary for this role shall be pro rated to reflect the part-year nature of the role. Based on a full time starting salary of £24,862, the pro rated salary will start at £19,826.00 per annum.
