Well done to Melissa (3rd, CL) for being selected to be part of the U15 Gloucestershire Girls’ Cricket development squad for 2021.

Melissa also plays for Cheltenham Cricket Club and the coaches at College put her forward for county selection after her performances representing the club in several matches this year. Melissa initially developed her talent for Cricket at her previous school, Pinewood, and played there for two years before she joined College.

“I have always loved Cricket; my family have always had a passion for it my whole life as my Grandpa was captain for England. It is a huge opportunity for me to be able to play for the county and I am really excited to begin training in January leading up to next season. Thank you to my coaches at College for helping me.”

Over the coming weeks, Boys’ and Girls’ County teams are announcing their squads and we hope to be able to share more pupil success stories then.
