Welcome to Cheltenham College.

Set within 72 acres in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham College is a vibrant full boarding and day school where young people are encouraged to aim high and discover who they are. Our beautiful campus offers not just space and excellent facilities, but an environment in which pupils feel inspired, supported and known.

Academic ambition sits at the heart of what we do. Our specialist teachers care deeply about their subjects and about the pupils they teach. We want every child not only to achieve strong results, but to grow in confidence and exceed their own expectations, supported by a broad curriculum that allows them to explore new interests as well as develop existing strengths.

Life at College extends far beyond the classroom. With 130 teams across 20 sports, more than 100 societies and activities, and thousands of music lessons each year, there is something here for everyone. We encourage pupils to try, to stretch themselves and to discover that success in one area often sparks confidence in another.

Our House system is the cornerstone of College life. Within our busy and welcoming boarding community, pupils are truly known as individuals. Strong relationships between staff and pupils create a sense of belonging that lasts well beyond school.
