Business Pupils Visit Superdry Head Office

Pupils gained valuable insight into the world of global retail during a visit to Superdry’s Cheltenham head office.

As part of Futures Week, Business and Economics pupils visited Superdry’s head office in Cheltenham for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of the UK’s best-known fashion brands.

Throughout the day, pupils took part in masterclasses led by Superdry professionals, exploring careers across the business, from marketing and finance to supply chain management and sustainability. They also learned about the journey of a garment, from design and production through to global retail, and discovered how Superdry has built its distinctive brand identity.

A highlight of the visit was an interactive focus group, where pupils shared their views on teenage fashion trends, shopping habits and consumer preferences. Working alongside Superdry’s design and marketing teams, they provided valuable feedback on future concepts and gained first-hand experience of how customer insight influences product development.

The visit offered a fantastic opportunity for pupils to connect their classroom learning with real-world business practice while exploring the wide range of careers available within a global fashion brand.
