An Electrifying Night of Live Music Sees Pupil Bands Light up Big C

Big C was buzzing as six pupil-led bands took to the stage for Battle of the Bands 2026, delivering an evening of high-energy performances and musical talent.

Hotplay opened with a lively tribute to Coldplay, while Fish ‘n’ Chips and C. LAWN impressed with a mix of rock and soulful classics from artists including Green Day, Avril Lavigne and Alicia Keys.

In the second half, Not Available showcased original material alongside a cover of The Killers, before Rock Heart brought the crowd to life with a show stopping set featuring Queen and PSY.

Amped closed the night in style, but after a tied result, it was Rock Heart who claimed victory following a crowd vote.

A fantastic celebration of pupil talent, creativity and performance.
