Cheltenham Education Partnership Poetry Slam Success
Three pupils wow in CEP Poetry Slam to take first and second place!
Throughout this academic year three College pupils – Fliss, Daisy and Avrille – have been participating in Cheltenham Education Partnerships’ (CEP) Poetry Showcase competition. This has involved attending workshops on poetry composition and delivery. On Tuesday 5 May the final was held at Cheltenham Ladies College’s Parabola Arts Centre. Over 30 pupils from different CEP schools took to the stage and recited their own poems. In front of two poetry slam-winning judges. Avrille was judged to be the winner and Fliss the runner-up. Congratulations to all three girls on reaching the final!
