Christmas Chemistry Spectacular at Cheltenham College
A Festive Family Charity Event
Saturday 13 December, 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Cheltenham College is delighted to welcome families, friends, and members of the community to this year’s Christmas Chemistry Spectacular, taking place on Saturday 13 December.
Hosted by James Copeland-Jordan, the event promises an hour of vibrant colour changes and dramatic explosions that bring chemistry to life in the most joyful of ways.
Every ticket sale supports Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity helping bereaved military children. Tickets are £5 for adults, £3 for over-12s, and free for under-12s.
Free parking will be available on site from 2.00pm, giving families the chance to enjoy Cheltenham’s Christmas shopping before joining the fun at 6.00pm.
Speaking ahead of the event, James Copeland-Jordan said:
“This event brings science to centre stage in a dazzling celebration of chemistry like no other. With explosions, colour changes, and jaw-dropping demonstrations, its chemistry unleashed — and a wonderful chance for families to experience the magic of science together.”
We look forward to welcoming families to College for an evening filled with festive cheer, spectacular science, and community spirit — all in support of an important cause.
