Cheltenham Prep and Cheltenham College have been awarded Independent School of the Year in the SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards, 2024.

During the awards evening, Cheltenham Prep and College were commended on its recent Independent Schools Inspectorate inspection in which both schools were rated ‘Excellent in all areas’, the highest category.

Cheltenham College Head, Nicola Huggett commented “We are all delighted that we have been given this prestigious award. At Cheltenham College, our local connections are very important to us, and to gain recognition from those closest to us means a great deal to the whole team, staff, pupils and parents.”

The school’s academic achievements were also commended by SoGlos, as recognised by the Sunday Times Parent Power league tables.
