Year 2 Enjoy Royal Adventure at Eastnor Castle

A day of discovery, history and exploration brought learning to life for Year 2 during their visit to Eastnor Castle.

Year 2 enjoyed a fabulous trip to Eastnor Castle, spending the day exploring, discovering and learning in an impressive historic setting.

During a guided tour of the castle, the children were fascinated by its rich history and remarkable collection of treasures. From impressive suits of armour and beautiful tapestries to stuffed animals and the enormous wooden front door, there was plenty to capture their imagination and spark their curiosity.

The adventure continued outdoors as the pupils explored the castle grounds. A particular highlight was navigating the famous maze, where the children worked their way through a series of twists and turns before successfully reaching the centre and finding their route back out again.

The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to bring classroom learning to life while encouraging curiosity, teamwork and exploration. It was a day full of excitement and memorable experiences.
