Fraud Vigilance – Cyber Crime and Phishing
Please be aware that schools and parents are frequently targeted by cyber criminals and phishing attacks. We urge parents to remain vigilant when receiving any communications claiming to be from Cheltenham College, especially those involving bank account details, requests for personal information, or offers of discounts or refunds.
College has no plans to change our banking arrangements. If you receive any communication indicating otherwise, or providing unfamiliar bank account details, this should be treated as suspicious. Additionally, please note that the College will never email random discount offers. We operate a formal Fees in Advance (FIA) scheme only. If you are ever in doubt about the legitimacy of a communication, do not reply to the email. Instead, please contact College directly using the phone number listed on our official website and ask to be put through to the Fees Team, who can verify whether the request is genuine. College cannot accept any responsibility for payment to incorrect bank details.
