Charity Netball Match
A memorable evening of sport and community spirit raises vital funds for a meaningful cause.
Cheltenham College welcomed Malvern College for the return of the annual charity netball match, bringing together players, staff and a crowd of around 800 supporters in aid of Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
More than just a competitive fixture, the evening focused on raising awareness and funds for the charity, which supports children and young people who have experienced the loss of a parent serving in the British Armed Forces. The atmosphere in the sports centre reflected the shared purpose of the event, with strong support from the stands throughout.
On court, Cheltenham delivered a composed and determined performance to secure the win, demonstrating teamwork, discipline and excellent preparation. Players executed their game plan with confidence, while a full squad effort highlighted the depth and unity of the team.
The annual charity match once again proved to be a special occasion, combining competitive sport with a powerful sense of community. Most importantly, it provided an opportunity to support an outstanding cause and make a meaningful difference.
