Cultural, social and recreational activities are an essential element of a well-rounded education and contribute to the overall welfare and future success of all our pupils.
We have a full and diverse co-curricular programme each week. You can find out more about our Sports, Music and Drama provision and our Activities & Societies on the following pages. You can also read about the Combined Cadet Force which forms a core part of our co-curricular offering. We also encourage voluntary work. Wednesday afternoons are known as Service Afternoons when pupils can choose to take part in community activities and charity work.
Our co-curricular activities are led by specialist teachers and coaches. Many of our sporting staff are ex-professionals in their field and our Combined Cadet Force is led by ex-military personnel. The expertise we provide means we can create a supportive and inclusive environment for all, regardless of experience or ability level. It also means we can provide the very best support for pupils who want to achieve to the highest levels.
