Admissions Administrator

(Full Time – term time only)

 

Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a strong administrator to join its Admissions Team in the role of Admissions Administrator, a role which supports pupil enrolments across the Senior School.

We seek a self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative, but who is also an effective team-player, interested in broadening their skills base and keeping abreast of new technologies.

The successful candidate will have excellent proven administrative and organisational abilities and be very methodical with the ability to use initiative, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.  Patience, attentiveness, strong emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, good persuasion skills, the ability to use positive language to describe a potentially negative situation and empathy are also qualities that we will be looking for.

 

Salary will be between £21,500 to £22,500 per annum, depending on experience. College offers an excellent remuneration package, including, lunch during term time, use of Cheltenham College sports facilities and discounts for staff at local businesses and retailers.
