College Office Administrator

We seek to appoint a strong Administrator who will report to the College Office Team Leader and be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration tasks of a busy school office. The postholder will also undertake some specific focus-based tasks including: producing the daily Staff Bulletin, administration of pupil information on the school-specific databases and assisting the Training Manager with the annual Compliance Training.

In order to thrive in this role, applicants should: work well with deadlines and time pressures, be able to comfortably juggle multiple tasks and prioritise own workload during busier periods, have strong organisational and customers service skills.
