Cheltenham College seeks to appoint an Activity Camp Assistant Manager who will report to the Activity Camp Manager and provide an additional layer of support. As part of the role they will assist with; maintaining the behaviour of children enrolled on the camps, developing good relationships with parents, managing, motivating and developing coaching staff and deputising for the Manager when needed.

Cheltenham Activity Camp runs during all of the major school holidays and provides a fun-filled environment for children to develop their interest, understanding and enjoyment of a huge variety of games and sports.

Hours: The activity Camp Assistant Manager would be required to work 8 Weeks a year on Camp (holidays negotiable) and a few weeks in the run-up to each Camp in negotiation with the Camp Manager.

Normal Camp Hours will be 10 am to 4.15 pm. Extended hours will be 8.15 am to 5.45 pm. Hours will be worked on a rota basis and will be a combination of normal and extended hours.
