For an April or September 2024 start, Cheltenham College’s outstanding Chemistry Department, housed within the recently refurbished Science building, seeks to appoint a Chemistry Teacher who will make full use of the excellent facilities at their disposal. We welcome applications from experienced teachers seeking new challenges or teachers beginning their careers who will be provided with the requisite support for an ECT.

In Chemistry, results are excellent and candidates should have the ability to create enthusiasm and excitement for the subject; stretching the highest attaining pupils, (including to Oxbridge level), as well as using a range of strategies to teach across the ability range.

In addition to becoming a vital member of the Chemistry Department, applicants will also wish to contribute to College’s rich co-curricular programme.

The College has its own competitive salary scale.
