College Office Administrator

We seek to appoint a strong Administrator who will report to the College Office Manager and be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration tasks of a busy school office. The postholder will also provide administrative support for College’s Pastoral Team as well as undertaking some specific focus-based tasks including: producing the daily Staff Bulletin and administration of pupil information on the school-specific databases

In order to thrive in this role, applicants should: be comfortable working with deadlines and time pressures, be able to comfortably juggle multiple tasks and prioritise own workload during busier periods and have strong organisational and customers service skills.
