We seek to appoint a College Office Team Leader who will provide oversight of the administrative support of academic staff in College including supporting staff and pupils with reprographic and stationary needs whilst taking an overview of the workload to ensure a good balance is achieved across the team. The postholder also line-manages the Senior Receptionist who in turn, oversees the day-to-day management of the Reception team.

It is essential that potential applicants will have the capability to undertake a full review of the College Office function and will propose any necessary changes to improve the service during their first few months in post.
