Working as part of the HR & Payroll team, and reporting to the Recruitment Lead, this role plays a crucial part in supporting our pre-employment compliance checks and undertaking day-to-day data entry on the HR Information System (Cascade). This is a busy role in a friendly and supportive team where you will get to know every new member of staff as they join the College community.
Due to the nature of the job, great communication skills and a high level of attention to detail is essential. Experience of working to processes in a high compliance environment is desirable.
In order to thrive in this role you will have excellent organisational skills, be methodical, keep your head when things get busy, and enjoy being tenacious in getting things right to support people as they join College.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch, on a year-round basis.
Salary will be based on College Scale Point B: £21,500 to £23,000 pro-rata dependent upon experience.
