Cheltenham Prep is in an exciting phase of growth, with strong pupil numbers and a thriving school community. We are seeking a confident and personable Admissions Lead to join our friendly and professional team.

This is a key role in our Admissions Department; supporting families through every stage of the admissions journey—from initial enquiry to enrolment. You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective parents, ensuring a warm, efficient, and engaging experience that reflects the values and excellence of our school.

Working closely with the Assistant Head and Marketing team, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our successful admissions process. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking school in a strong position, where your contribution will be valued and impactful.

•                 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•                 Strong administrative and organisational abilities

•                 A proactive, team-oriented approach

•                 Experience in admissions or customer-facing roles is desirable
