Cheltenham College Preparatory School’s busy Admissions Team seeks to appoint a strong administrator with great customer service skills who enjoys going the extra mile, providing vital support for pupil enrolments across the Prep.
The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure that procedures are adhered to, and that process and events run smoothly. Candidates will be able to demonstrate initiative, the ability to prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines. Importantly, as well as being enthusiastic, motivated and able to remain calm under pressure, applicants should also be an approachable team player who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with prospective pupils, their families and colleagues across College.
From September 2022, the salary range will be £21,500 -£22,500 per annum depending on experience.
This is a full-time role with normal hours of work 8am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday
The Prep offers an excellent remuneration package, including, lunch during term time, an active Common Room, free membership to the school’s sports facilities including gym and pool.
