Cheltenham College seeks to appoint an outgoing individual in possession of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Very often the TE&V Coordinator is the first person that Prospective Parents will meet. It is, therefore, crucial that applicants can interact well at all levels and provide the excellent, warm first-impression on which College prides itself.

This role would be suited to somebody who is skilled at reading people and situations and can vary their approach/demeanour accordingly, is able to work to a schedule, but can also think on their feet; quickly and calmly adapting if events don’t run exactly to plan, all the while, making things appear smooth and effortless to our visitors and guests.

The successful postholder will also be a strong administrator with an excellent eye for detail who can apply a methodical way of working to ensure that tight deadlines are met.
