SENCO & Head of Learning Support
For September 2023, Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a well-qualified and experienced professional to lead inclusion and SEN provision across the school and head up the thriving Learning Support department. The successful applicant will provide: vision for the development of SEN provision across the school, strong leadership and skilful team management.
A Level-7 assessment qualification is essential and the NASENCO award is highly desirable. The SENCO is responsible to the Deputy Head Learning and Wellbeing, who has oversight of the role and liaises directly with SLT.
