Cheltenham College is seeking to appoint a Duty Manager within the College Sports Centre.  Applicants should be able to deliver high-quality customer service and excellent communication skills are expected.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and previous experience in a busy wet and dry sports centre.  A First-Aid-at-Work certificate would be desirable and a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential, however, we would be happy to put the appointed candidate through the course.

The post holder will be expected to work a shift-rota system which is likely to include evening and weekend work.  Flexibility in working hours is an essential requirement for the position.

Salary based on £10.74 per hour

Hours: 30 per week
