Cheltenham College is looking to appoint a number of Swim Assistants for the September term.

Reporting to the Sports Centre Manager via the Swim School Coordinator or Duty Manager, our Swim Assistants will support swimmers in learning to swim, improving their swimming and encouraging swimmers to achieve their maximum potential whilst helping to ensure the lessons are fun as well as challenging. Swim support will be given in the pool and poolside.

The hourly rate of pay is based on minimum wage for age, but will start at £7.27 per hour and go up to £9.78 per hour, plus between £0.88 and £1.18 per hour in accrued holiday pay.
