International Pupils

Cheltenham College is home to over 100 international students from over 30 countries. Its popularity is a reflection of our ability to provide an English education with an international outlook. It is also a reflection of  the  strength of the  structures we have in place to make sure  our  pupils from overseas can thrive.

For example, our  House structure  provides a warm, family environment and base for each child.

We have a specialist  English as an Additional Language department, to ensure each child can  achieve their full potential.

We have an International Pupil Committee, which gives international pupils their own voice and  helps  to raise their profile within the student body as a whole.  Each year, the committee organises a number of events that celebrate the cultural diversity of our community and also ensures  key festivals and national days are recognised.

It should also be remembered that aside from our many  international  pupils, many more have come from across the UK to be at Cheltenham College, something that creates a very supportive and understanding atmosphere  for all.
