Charity
Charitable giving is an important part of life at College – each year, every House, the Prefect body, and the whole school work together to support a charity.
Our pupils generate their own ideas to support their chosen charities and to deliver projects and events themselves. In the past year, pupils have raised funds for good causes through a variety of events, from a whole-school walk to a comedy night.
This year, Cheltenham College has chosen to support Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity dedicated to helping bereaved military children and young people. Inspired by the experience of Army widow Nikki Scott, the charity honours the memory of her husband, Corporal Lee Scott, and gives support to children who have lost a parent in the Armed Forces.

Our pupils have already contributed to this vital cause in several ways. Highlights include our College Tough Mudder, a challenging event organised to raise funds for Scotty’s Little Soldiers, and the Charity Rugby Game at Kingsholm Stadium, where pupils, staff, and the wider community came together to support the charity.
